Product Description
Hella's Tire Pressure Monitor offers a fully active, radio-controlled system for permanent monitoring of tire pressure and temperature. High-tech sensors replace the tire valves and transmit pressure and temperature by radio to the central unit, which in turn forwards this data to the cockpit display. In the event of sudden pressure loss, the control unit triggers an optical and acoustic alarm via the display positioned in the cockpit. Additionally, the system also warns of slow loss of pressure and of excess pressure. The temperature gauge on the sensor allows the driver to determine the accuracy of the readings as the tires expand and contract from outside air temperature. The background color of the display can be adjusted to seven different colors to match the vehicle instrument lighting. In addition, a maximum of three sensors for spare tires can be added to the system.

I have purchased first set from TireRack, but they stopped carring it.
It is a great add on, especially for lower profile tires.
Simple installation, flawless performance, easy reprograming when rotating tires. Great Product... Amazon...well combined with DHL shipping is like pulling your teeth, otherwise great.

Checking tire pressure cannot be easier now. Wiring install is easy. Temp sensors - take it to a tire shop.
This item is great. During initial boot up, it displays tire pressure and tire temperature.
I can now check my tire pressure and tire temperature anytime I want without going to each tires.
Tire Temperature is a great thing to have too. Tire adhesion is best around / over 90 degrees F. Anything lower, if you have a powerful engine, you would be slipping and sliding or the car computer will pull back your throttle and torque.
Highly recommended.

Great product. You get tire temperature as well as pressure at the press of a button. Easy to install. Everything is included. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, my vehicle is not equipped with a spare tire. It comes with a repair kit with a tire sealant and a portable air compressor. If I need to resort to using this kit, then it's already too late! With the Hella TPMS I can rest assured that I'll be aware of any loss in tire pressure, DURING the loss. I can then take the most suitable course of action such as putting in more air until I can get to a repair shop.
Knowing tire pressure is also essential to ensure the best life of your tires, aid in reducing gas consumption and also keeping you and your cargo (especially passengers) safe.
I highly recommend this product as an add-on to your car.
The build quality is top class.
